JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 15/07/2026 At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents raised an objection that the subject land involved in the instant writ petition is situated at Nagaur, which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Principal Seat of this Court at Jodhpur. The aforesaid fact has not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioners. Both the learned counsels appearing for the parties agreed that this petition, at this stage, be transferred to the Principal Seat of this Court at Jodhpur for adjudication on merits. In view of above, Registrar (Judicial) is directed to place this matter before Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice, on administrative side, for His Lordship's consideration in relation to transferring the writ petition to Principal Seat of this Court at Jodhpur.
