Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is willing to file an application under Section 25 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for claiming permanent alimony therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the case with liberty to file application 2 before the concerned Family Court under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for claiming permanent alimony. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent did not opposed the contention of the counsel for the appellant. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner. 4.
