In short, it is his submission that without acquiring his land, possession was taken and road was constructed by respondent No.3. He submits that the payment of compensation would have honoured the Article 300(A) of the Constitution of India. He has made representation dated 24.7.2026 which is at page 28. 3. Since, the representation and issue raised therein is not taken to logical end, we direct respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 24.7.2026, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
