The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Section 65(1) of the BNS and Section 4 of the POCSO Act in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.72/2025 relating to Spl. POCSO Case No. 26/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07.04.2025; as such, he may be released on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the allegation against the petitioner and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage; however, the petitioner may renew its bail application after six months. 6.
