Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025 of Kovur Police Station, SPSR Nellore District as “Drop further action” vide C.No.756/Ref.SDPO-N(R)/2026 dated 31.12.2025 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4.
