Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Notice. Mr. L.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Pursuant to the directions issued in Sushila Chauhan Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2, respondent No.4 considered petitioner’s case seeking applicability of Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.3 and rejected it under office order dated 05.12.2025. The said order has been impugned in the present petition. 3. Learned Assistant Advocate General further submitted that respondent No.4/competent authority will re-consider petitioner’s case by applying Mohit Sharma³ and will pass an order in this regard afresh within four weeks. In view of the submissions made by learned Assistant Advocate General, and in view of the impugned order dated 05.12.2025 having been withdrawn by the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4/competent authority to re-consider petitioner’s case afresh by applying Mohit Sharma³ and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
