JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “ a) Issue writ in the nature directing the 1st respondent to consider the proposal submitted by 6th respondent institution for admitting the post of the petitioner for grant in aid as a D group employee at Dr.B.R. Amedkar High School, Chowdarakuppe, Kunigal Taluk, run by 6th respondent society at Annexure-H by considering the government order bearing No.ED 8 SEP 2008 dated 07-12-2021 as per Annexure-F and also as per the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.11857/2022, dated 10-08-2022 and W.P.No.23951/2022, dated 08-12-2023, as per Annexure-K & L respectively. b) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit on the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondents Nos.1 to 5 and perused the material on record. 3. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents, who be directed to consider the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22561 WP No. 10340 of 2026 same and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders bearing in mind the documents and judgments at Annexures-K and L, produced by the petitioner in the present petition, within a stipulated time frame. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with relevant documents, including the judgments and orders etc., produced by the petitioner in the present petition, within four weeks from today. If such representation is made, the concerned respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate decision/appropriate orders in accordance with law bearing in mind the judgments produced at Annexures-K and L, within a period of three months from the date of submission of the said representation. 6.
