The Court made the following order:
The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 5th respondent in initiating action against the irregularities committed by respondent No.8. In this regard, the petitioner submitted representations dated 26.04.2025, 04.06.2025 and 25.08.2025. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the enquiry against respondent No.8 is under process and that letters have been addressed to the concerned University for ascertaining the genuineness of the educational certificates submitted by respondent No.8. 3. It is further submitted that the Deputy General Manager of the Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank (APCOB) has been appointed as the Enquiry Officer and that, soon after receipt of the required information, appropriate proceedings, if found necessary, shall be initiated against respondent No.8. 4. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if so aggrieved with the report. There shall be no order as to costs.
