This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of contempt of order dated 04.08.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1884 of 2021. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Court. 3. When question is posed to learned counsel for the petitioner about the order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the Director Public Instructions Chhattisgarh, he submits that decision on representation has been taken by the officials of School Education Department, rejecting claim of petitioner, but officials of Panchayat has not taken any decision. 3 / 3 4. Perusal of the contempt petition would show that the petitioner has impleaded six respondents, five of whom are officers of School Education Department and only respondent no. 5 is an officer of Janpad Panchayat. 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this contempt petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed for misjoinder of the parties, with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if they so desire.
