The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:
<…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 3 in interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and Respondents 4 and 5 and in repeatedly summoning the petitioners to the police station without any lawful basis as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners with Respondents 4 and 5, except in accordance with law…=
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
3. Mr. Gade Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are interfering in the civil disputes pending between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.4 and 5, and are repeatedly summoning the Petitioners to the Police Station.
4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the Respondent Police have only called the Petitioners to the Police Station for enquiry upon receipt of a complaint, without any coercive intention. He further submits that the police have acted strictly in accordance with law, without interfering in civil disputes or violating the Petitioners’ rights.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the
submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is
disposed of, directing Respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.4 and 5, without following due process of law.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
