The grievance of the petitioner is directed against insufficient compensation paid to him in respect of alleged acquisition of his land. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having filed a representation dated 20 November, 2025, the concerned respondents being the respondent nos.3 and 4 have taken no steps in the matter. 3. On behalf of the State respondents, it is submitted that they have no objection if the respondent no.3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In such circumstances, WPA/450/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to 2 consider and dispose of the representation dated 20 November, 2025 within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of communication of this order and after hearing all the affected parties. 5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the respondent no.3 to decide strictly in accordance with law. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
