Bail Application No.8662/2026 vide order dated 02.07.2026 and therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the present bail application. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and upon consideration of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2026; offences are triable by Magistrate; the challan has been filed; trial will take considerable time and further the fact that the case of co-accused Iqbal is distinguishable from that of the present petitioner as Iqbal had no criminal antecedents, whereas the present petitioner has criminal antecedents reported against him which pertain to the years 2016, 2018, 2023 and 2025, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioner deserves to be accepted subject to imposition of stringent conditions. 6. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner namely-Shakil S/o Jakar arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.132/2026, Police Station-Jurhera, District-Deeg, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/ (Rs. One Lakh Only) with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs.
