The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) and 329(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to the land dispute. She further submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-8 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer and submit that the allegations are there of making assault and pursuant to that injuries have been received. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there [2026:JHHC:12293] -2- are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to land dispute and further the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para- 8 of the petition, in that view of the matter, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
