Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent- State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.181 of 2024 of Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District as “False” vide C.No.C3/43/DCRBSC- ST/CTR/2024 dated 30.09.2024 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main criminal case itself was referred as “false”.
