Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is direct allegation against this petitioner. The statement of the wife of the petitioner was recorded in paragraph 6 of the case diary which is at Annexure-1 wherein she clearly stated that this petitioner has committed murder of his parents i.e. father and mother. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bishunpur PS Case No. 24 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned JM 1st Class, Gumla stands rejected. 6.
