By this Application, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in Crime No. 682 of 2025 registered at Phaltan Rural Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Mr. Ritesh M. He submits that during the pendency of Criminal Bail Application No. 203 of 2025, the Applicant was protected by way of ad- interim bail. He submits that pursuant to the grant of ad-interim bail, the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated with the investigation in Crime No. 682 of 2025. 4. Ms. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation in Crime No. 682 of 2025. 5. Ms. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP, submits that the investigation has revealed that the tractor which is the subject matter of the crime is in possession of Accused No. 5. She further states that Accused No. 5 has been secured by way of ad-interim bail. 6. Ms. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the Applicant, having appeared and cooperated with the investigation, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant in Crime No. 682 of 2025 is not required. 7. Based on the statement made by Ms. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State, that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not required in Crime No. 682 of 2025, Mr. Ritesh M.
