1. Heard Ms. Bhagyashri R. Mangale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, and Mr. A. A. Naik, learned APP for the State. 2. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief:
“15(a).This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to seeking appropriate modification and extension of time for execution of P.R. Bond within four weeks as per Order dated 22.07.2025.”

Interim Application No. 1055 of 2024 filed by the Applicant in Criminal Appeal No. 1315 of 2023 was granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd October 2024 and the sentence imposed on the Applicant vide judgment and order dated 25th November 2021 passed by the VRJ 1 VAIBHAV RAMESH JADHAV Digitally signed by VAIBHAV RAMESH JADHAV Date: 2026.09.23 17:49:36 +0530
916 - CRI IA - 598 - 2026.doc Special Judge, Kolhapur in Special POCSO Case No. 48 of 2018 was suspended and the Applicant was ordered to be released on bail on the condition as mentioned in paragraph 7(a) thereof, which reads thus:
“7(a) Applicant Abdulgani Ibrahim Patel be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.”
4. The time period granted by the order dated 23rd October 2024 was extended vide order dated 22nd July 2025 passed in Interim Application No. 1129 of 2025 by a period of eight weeks. 5. Ms. Bhagyashri R. Mangale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that in view of the difficulties of the Applicant, the Applicant could not comply with the order dated 22nd July 2025 passed in Interim Application No. 1129 of 2025 within the time granted. She, therefore, requests for extension of the said order by a period of four weeks from today. This request is not opposed by Mr. A. A. Naik, learned APP for the State. 6. In view of the above, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 15(a) and on the following conditions:
“i. The Applicant be released on bail on his executing a P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only). ii. This concession is made available to the Applicant for a period of four weeks from today.
On the date or before this period gets over, the VRJ 2
916 - CRI IA - 598 - 2026.doc Applicant shall furnish the sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- as
directed by the order dated 23.10.2024. iii. The order dated 23.10.2024 and 22.07.2025 stand modified to the aforesaid extent only. Rest of the order dated 23.10.2024 shall remain as it is.
7. Ms. Bhagyashri R. Mangale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that this order shall be communicated to the Applicant on or before 28th September 2026.
8. Interim Application No. 598 of 2026 stands disposed of.
