1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 09.09.2025, passed in CRR No. 1108/2025, while disposing of the revision filed by the petitioner, namely, Akhilesh Agrawal, had directed the the Family Court to conclude the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC, preferably within a period of four months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 19.01.2026 has RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 requested for grant of 01 month’s time for concluding the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC.

It transpires from perusal of the PUD, the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC is at the stage of reply/argument, and therefore, the proceedings of the Family Court in the present matter is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 01 month’s time for concluding the proceedings.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is
directed to conclude the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 01 month from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
