Since this Court expressed its view that the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted through a writ petition, since it requires a direction to the registration department to cancel the registered document, learned counsel for the petitioner has now made an endorsement in the Court bundle seeking liberty for the petitioner to file a civil suit against the alleged offenders, namely the respondents 3 to 5 and also launch independent criminal prosecution against them. 3.
