The name of the petitioner has surfaced on account of the disclosure made by the villagers but none of the villagers have been named in the First Information Report. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2026. 4. Although it has been submitted by the learned Spl. P.P. that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent relating to N.D.P.S. Act but considering the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S.
