The petitioner is the title holder of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.11 cents in Sy.No.360/3 and Ac.0.38 cents in Sy.No.360/4 of Kammanapalle Village, Baireddipalli Mandal, Chittoor District . 2. It is submitted that the petitioner was also issued a Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds for the said property. As the petitioner is residing in Bangalore, she could not personally oversee the property, which was gifted to the petitioner vide a registered Gift Deed in the year 2024. As the property was vacant, respondent No.4 constructed a compound wall engulfing the petitioner’s property. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking the respondent authorities to conduct a survey of her property and demarcate the same. A representation was also submitted to the District Educational Officer seeking removal of the boundary wall constructed by the school authorities. 3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education, Sri Raghu Babu Kalamata, learned Standing Counsel for Samagra Siksha and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. In view of the above submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off at the admission stage with the following directions: (i) Respondent No.5 shall conduct the survey after issuing notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the petitioner as well, and shall demarcate the 4 HN, J W.P.No.17178_2026 extent of the petitioner’s property. (ii) In the event respondent No.5, upon conducting the survey and submitting the survey report, finds that any portion of the petitioner’s property has been encroached upon by respondent No.4 by constructing a compound wall the respondent No.2 shall issue appropriate directions to respondent No.4 to remove the said compound wall and shall ensure that respondent No.4 does not interfere with or trespass upon the petitioner’s private property except in accordance with due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
