No.- 2274/2021 titled as Satya Devi Vs. State of H.P. alongwith connected matters decided on 28.05.2024, in the interest of justice.” 2. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
