This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908, on behalf of the petitioner seeking to direct respondent No. 2 to delete the erroneous non-performing asset classification reported by the respondent No. 4. 2. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2, states that the respondent No. 2 is only a repository and acts on the information supplied by the respondent No. 4. 7. At this stage, Ms. Katju, learned senior counsel on instructions, draws my attention to a letter dated 17.12.2025 which reads as under: This is a digitally signed order. To my mind, the said request is reasonable and in accordance with the principles of natural justice. 11. For the said reasons, the representative/duly authorized officer of the petitioner, will appear before the concerned officer of respondent No. 4 within 2 weeks from today and in case respondent No. 4 is satisfied that the petitioner is not at fault and there are no reasons to downgrade the CIBIL rating of the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 shall convey that information/decision to the respondent No. 2, within 1 week thereafter. 12. With these directions the petition is disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case the grievance of the petitioner is not addressed. 13.
