Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 3879 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No.506 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 in para No.5 (i) is modified as “the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, instead of learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Tiruppur. 4.
