Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, fairly submits that the petitioner does not intend to challenge the impugned endorsement on merits and only seeks reasonable time to comply with the said order. 5. Learned AGA for the respondents submits that some time may be granted to the petitioner for compliance. 6. Having regard to the submission made by both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner is willing to comply the endorsement dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure-C), this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met by granting reasonable time to the petitioner to implement the said order.
