Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 07.05.2026 issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, and a copy of office order dated 19.01.2026, passed by Dy. Director of School Education (Ele.) Shimla, District Shimla (HP). The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 19.01.2026 reveals that the pay of the petitioner has been fixed on ₹40,100/- on completion of two years of regular service i.e. from 14.01.2024, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma case and DDO concerned 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 10.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.19419 of 2025, titled, Shanti Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & another, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
