GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 07.08.2023 and not protecting the government land in an extent of Ac.4.48 cents in Sy.No.71 situated at Pidathalagudipadu village, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri Kale Vijaya Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkata Satya Narayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue upon the instructions of the Tahsildar, Santhanuthalapadu dated 03.07.2026 submitted that the revenue officials have erected flexi in the subject land and instructed that no one should enter into the said land and the police authorities have registered a case against the encroachers vide Crime No.121/2023 on 01.09.2023 which is pending consideration and that they would take steps in accordance with law and accordingly prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to close the writ petition by recording the said submission. 5. A perusal of the instructions dated 03.07.2026 would indicate that the revenue officials have erected flexi in the subject land and instructed that no one should enter into the said land and the police authorities have registered a case against the encroachers vide Crime No.121/2023 on 01.09.2023 which is pending consideration and as the authorities have stated that they would take steps in accordance with law, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed.
