This is an ofÏce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 29.08.2024 passed in MCRC No. 6007 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Sad Qureshi and Gunjan Naik had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on one occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 29.08.2024. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Saraipali District- Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 01.12.2025 has requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that it is most respectfully submitted that in the present case, the evidence of two prosecution witnesses have already been recorded. The evidence of the remaining seven witnesses shall be recorded after securing the presence of accused Sad Qureshi. Thereafter, the statement of the accused, defence evidence and final arguments shall be conducted and the case shall be disposed of at the earliest. Therefore, it is humbly prayed that the application be kindly allowed and an additional period of six months be graciously granted. 6. The request made by the learned trial Court, is allowed, however, instead of granting six months, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further 04 months time for concluding the trial from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
