Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- (a) “To issue an appropriate wirt, order or direction in nature thereof to the respondent State to quash the impugned Annexure P-3, whereby the petitioner be retired on attaining the age of 58 years instead of permitting her to discharge her duties till the age of 60 years. (b) To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in nature thereof to the respondent State to reinstate the petitioner as Peon-cum-chowkidar and pay emoluments and other financial benefits due to the petitioner with all consequential benefits for not allowing her to serve till the age of 60 years.” 2 2. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall be bound by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court that shall be passed in Satya Devi’s case. 3.
