1. Heard Sri Vikas Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs. Vatsala, Advocate for Respondents-2 and 3.
2. Petitioner has approached this Court for consideration of her claim for compassionate appointment as her husband died-in-harness on 24.11.2025.
3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-Bank submits that petitioner has been asked to provide certain documents by email dated 24.12.2025, however, she has still not provided the same.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that petitioner is aware about said communication and required documents, if not already provided, will be provided within three weeks.
5. In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of that in case petitioner files requisite documents, her claim will be considered in accordance with prevailing scheme within six months in terms of a judgment passed by Supreme Court in Malaya Nanda Sethy v/s State of Orissa and Ors., 2022 SCC OnLine SC 684.
