Petitioners seek execution of the orders passed in OA No. 4237 of 2016, titled as Kulwant Singh vs. State of H.P. & Ors., decided on 31.08.2016 and in OA No. 4218 of 2016, titled as Sanjeev Kumar vs. State of H.P. & Ors., decided on 01.09.2016.
2. In sum and substance, directions were issued to the respondents to grant similar relief as such to the petitioners as were granted in CWP No. 2415 of 2015, titled as Mathu Ram
2 2026:HHC:19069 vs. Municipal Corporation & Ors., decided on 31.07.2014 and in LPA No. 162 of 2010, titled as The Municipal Council Nahan vs. Ram Chander & Ors., decided on 19.05.2016.
3. On 30.03.2026, we have passed the following order:-
“Learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 has placed on record the order dated 17.01.2026 in Ex. Pet (T) No. 192 of 2025 and order dated 02.03.2026 in Ex. Pet (T) No. 3 of 2026, passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hamirpur, whereby the services of the petitioners have been regularized and their pay have been fixed w.e.f. 01.04.2003 and 01.04.2001, respectively, on notional basis. The eligibility of pension wo uld arise only on depositing the Employer’s contribution funds with the Corporation towards Contributory Pension Scheme (applicable to appointments made in the H.P. State on or after 15.05.2003) during the period w.e.f. 01.08.2008 to 31.01.2024 in Ex. Pet (T) No. 192 of 2025 and w.e.f. 01.08.2008 to 28.02.2026 in Ex. Pet (T) No. 3 of 2026, respectively, alongwith interest.
Learned Counsel for the Corporation seeks time to verify as to whether the petitioners have been intimated as what amount is to be deposited towards the Employer's contribution. Accordingly, the proceedings are deferred to 22.05.2026.”

Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Hamirpur-Respondent No. 3, has placed on record communication dated 21.05.2026, wherein it has been
3 2026:HHC:19069 mentioned that Saroj Kumari, wife of late Sh. Kulwant Singh, has deposited the employer’s share amounting to Rs.4,21,396/- on 16.02.2026 and Sanjeev Kumar has also given his consent as he has been asked vide letter dated 20.05.2026 to deposit Rs.5,14,389/-.
5. Accordingly, we dispose of the execution petitions with directions that financial benefits be paid to the petitioners as per the notification dated 15.12.2011 within a period of two months from today.
6. It has to be noticed that the financial benefits have been restricted to three years by virtue of notification in all cases from the date of the decision.
7. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
