JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) This Contempt of Court case has been filed alleging non-compliance with the directions of the learned Single Judge dated 02.09.2022 in W.P.No.12632/2022. The direction reads as follows: "5. Consequently, the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 25.05.2022 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13490-DB CCC No. 135 of 2023 passed by the Assistant Commissioner in RA (S) No.86/2016-17 is hereby set aside, while directing the respondent Tahsildar, Bangalore South Taluk to enter the name of the petitioner in the land revenue records in so far as the 1 acre 20 guntas in Sy.No.65/4, Hemmigepura Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk is concerned, Simultaneously the extent of land in the name of the BDA shall be reduced to 20 guntas in Sy.No.65/4 in view of the fact that 20 guntas were notified and acquired by the BDA." 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the directions have now been complied with in full and that the complainant's name has been entered in the RTC both in Column No.9 and Column No.12 in respect of 01 Acre 20 Guntas in Sy.No.65/4, Hemmigepura Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk. 3. The copies of the RTC as so rectified are also produced before the Court. 4. The learned counsel for the complainant submits that since the name of complainant has been - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13490-DB CCC No. 135 of 2023 entered in both Columns No.9 and 12, the contempt now stands purged. 5. The said submission is recorded. The Contempt of Court Case is accordingly, closed. 6. Notice issued shall stand discharged.
