By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief: “(a) The Applicant may kindly be released on Anticipatory Bail in the event of arrest in C.R. No.150 of 2026 registered with the Vaduj Police Station, Satara dated 27/06/2026 U/s. 288 of BNS, 9(b)1(b) of Indian Explosive Acts 1884 and 5 of Shantanu S. After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Himanshu Pujari, learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a pass over to take instructions from the Applicant. At his request, this Application was taken up after some time. 4. Mr. Himanshu Pujari, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application. 5. This request is not opposed by Mr. Nitin B. Patil, learned A.P.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 - State. 6. In view of the statement made by Mr. Himanshu Pujari, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application. 7.
