SHAIK KHAJA BASHA The Court made the following order: Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not undertaking appointment of three members coram in A.P.Waqf Tribunal as per Section 83(4) of the Waqf Act, 2025, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare Department. On 10.08.2026, there was no representation for the petitioners, today also there is no representation for the petitioners. 2 3. Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare Department place on record G.O.Rt.No.107 dated 25.08.2026 and brought to the notice of this court that two members are already appointed and earlier already one appointment was made, as such nothing remains for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition. 4. A perusal of the G.O.Rt.No.107 dated 25.08.2026 would show that two members are appointed as members of A.P.Waqf Tribunal and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare Department has stated that earlier already one appointment was made, as such there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed.
