Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time, as the father of the counsel of the petitioners has left for his heavenly abode and Annexure-2 of the petition is the death certificate of the father of the counsel of the petitioners. He next submits that two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioners, the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Annexure-2 is the death certificate of Rajendra Prasad Nonia, who is the father of the counsel for the petitioners before the learned court and in that view of the matter, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the [ 2026:JHHC:7939] -2- learned court. 5. The order dated 19.09.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 5587 of 2025 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 6.
