1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the family pension of the petitioner has not been revised after 2004. She also prays that the husband was not been granted the benefit of ACP and MACP which also needs to be considered. 2. Considering these two aspects, the family pension needs to be revised and the arrears be paid. 3. Construction Department, her case will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed. 4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation mentioning her grievance before Chief Engineer, NH Road Construction Department within a period of four weeks. 5. On receipt of such representation, the Chief Engineer, NH Road Construction Department will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.
If the petitioner is found entitled, appropriate order be passed by the respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter. 7. If any part of the claim is turned down, the reason thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
