By the present Application, the Intervenor (Prithviraj Tanaji Sawant), who claims to have material and evidence in respect of the subject matter of Crime No. 331 of 2026, is before this Court seeking intervention in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 526 of 2026. 2. Mr. Saurabh Tandale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that he has no objection to grant of relief in terms of prayer clause (A). 4. Ms. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State, submits that the presence of the Intervenor would be necessary and, therefore, states that the Application be allowed. 5. In view of the no-objection given by Mr. Saurabh Tandale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, and the statement made by Ms. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). 6. The Intervenor is permitted to intervene in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 526 of 2026 as an Intervenor. 7. Mr. Saurabh Tandale, learned Advocate for the Applicant, seeks permission to carry out the amendment forthwith to show the Intervenor as an “Intervenor” in Bail Application No. 526 of 2026.
