The manner in which the petitioner has come to petition this Court bearing a prayer for seeking quashment of Government Order No. O4-JK-GAD(Vig) of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 is really disturbing in the sense that a snapshot of the order without the text of the order is being cited as a document thereby expecting this Court to read by assumption that the sanction stands granted for prosecution of the public servants as mentioned in the subject of the snapshot copy of the order. 02. This Court is puzzled as to how the petitioner has laid his hands on the snapshot of said Government Order. 156 Suppl- I 03. This Court cannot be expected to respond to a snapshot of Government Order No. O4-JK-GAD(Vig) of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 without even knowing the first letter of very said Government Order. 04.
