(through VC) …...... 03/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 21(b)/22/25/29 of NDPS Act and Section 111(3) of B.N.S. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. 12.13 Gram Brown Sugar was recovered from the joint possession of this petitioner and other co-accused. Individually four grams has been recovered from the petitioner. 5. Considering the material at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sadar (Mesra O.P.) P.S. Case No.535 of 2025 (N), pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi cum Special Judge (N.D.P.S.) Ranchi, stands rejected. 6.
