The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 80/2025, registered for the offence under section 309(4) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken the motorcycle from Sohaeb to go to Jamtara and in the meantime the petitioner has been apprehended. He also submits that the petitioner is not put on TIP and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in para 12 of the petition and the petitioner is in custody since 24/9/2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that from the possession of the petitioner, motorcycle has been recovered. 5. Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 24/9/2025 and the petitioner is also not put on TIP, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the 2026:JHHC:1131 2 petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
