The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the Respondents in not giving consequential effect to the No Objection Certificate No.3266254/H.E-E.C/2026, dated 19.08.2026 issued by the Respondent No.1 and the Conditional Affiliation Proceedings No.C-II (4)/Affil/C.M.T/2026-27, dated 11.09.2026 issued by the Respondent No.4 in not including the petitioner institution together with BBA, BCA and Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology courses, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Sri.Gangakumar Chakravarthy, Learned Standing Counsel appeared for Respondent No.4. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the application of the petitioner is 11.09.2026, by then the first phase of the counseling was completed. 4. Be that as it may, the Respondent No.2 is hereby directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the second phase of counseling for admission into BBA, BCA and Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology sanctioned intake of 60 seats each. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
