These two criminal misc. petitions have been submitted by the same petitioner in FIR No.231/2023 registered with the Police Station Ashok Nagar, Jaipur City (South) for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420 & 467 IPC. 2. In S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.4108/2024, a prayer has been made to quash the aforesaid impugned FIR and in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2758/2024, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation in the aforesaid impugned FIR. 3. At the outset, it has been apprised at Bar by learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of factual report dated 23.03.2026 received from the SHO, Police Station Ashok Nagar, Jaipur (South) that after investigation, no case was found to be proved against the petitioner, hence, a Final Report (Negative) has been proposed. Learned counsel submits that under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with these criminal misc. petitions and the same have become infructuous. 4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as having become infructous. Stay applications as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 5. A copy of the factual report dated 23.03.2026 is ordered to be taken on record.
