ORDER : SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA, J. Heard Mr. A B T Haque, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S. H. Bora, learned Addl. PP for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner who apprehends arrest in connection with Laharighat P.S Case No. 16/2026 under Sections 61(2)/318(4)/336(3)/340(2) of BNS r/w Sections 66(C)/66(D) of I.Tact. 3. I have perused the F.I.R dated 09.02.2026. It is stated that the present petitioner was hired by the complainant company and his service was discontinued in April 2025 but his login password was not removed from the system, which was subsequently used for the fraudulent DMTs by some third party. 4. The learned Addl. PP object to the prayer of the interim bail. 5. Call for the Case Diary. 6. Having regard to the allegation against the present petitioner it is provided that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner namely Mozibur Rahman , shall be released on interim bail of Rs. 25,000/- with surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority in connection with the aforesaid case. 7. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the I.O within a period of 10 days for the purpose of interrogation and he shall cooperate with the investigation. 8.
