In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to issue the certified copy of registered deed of surrender dated 30.01.1938 and 31.01.1939, for which the petitioner has already applied on 27.02.2026. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents are not supplying the registered deed of surrender. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent – State submits that if the petitioner approaches the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, his case will be looked into, and if at all the document is available, the certified copy of the same will be transmitted to the petitioner, if at all he is entitled under law. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, within four weeks. 6.
