Mr. Kethan Garg, respondent No.4-Commissioner, GVMC, appeared through online. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 placed a copy of proceedings dated 11.09.2026 and states that earlier proceedings dated 07.08.2026 was duly cancelled. He submits that by virtue of proceedings dated 11.09.2026, which are in compliance with the orders dated 29.11.2024, the petitioners are required to submit joining reports along with original educational qualification certificates and caste certificates, within the time stipulated therein. 3. At this stage, Mr. Kethan Garg, respondent No.4-Commissioner, GVMC, states that necessary further action would be taken in the matter by obtaining financial concurrence from the Finance Department. 7 4.
