The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(A) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s), commanding upon the respondent authority to deputed the magistrate for keeping the boundary wall over the Khata No. 272, Plot No. 412, Thana No. 254, Total Area 1 Acres 40 Decimal Mauza: Laikdih, District: Dhanbad, in pursuance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 59/2019, its order dated 19.02.2021 and also in the order of Cont. Case (Civil) No. 866/2024, its order dated 05.03.2025. Prima facie it appears that this case is not maintainable as there was a dispute with the State that has been settled by the Division Bench vide order dated 19.02.2021 passed in L.P.A. No.59 of 2019 which has been reaffirmed in Cont. Case (Civil) No.866 of 2024 vide order dated 05.03.2025. Thus, no dispute subsists, so far as the State is concerned. 3. Now a complain has been made against some individual who are not even made party before this Court. Although it has been stated by the petitioner that On-line complaint has been registered against named persons who are creating disturbances. Thus, the necessary party is not before this Court. Hence, on this ground alone the present writ petition is not maintainable. 4. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his further remedy in accordance with law. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
