No.131 of 2022 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 307, 147, 148, 504, 506, 440, 120B/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikella, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner was enlarged on bail on 18.07.2022 by the learned trial Court and for earning livelihood he had gone out of State, therefore, he could not appear on 23.01.2023, the date on which the case was fixed for framing of charge, consequently his bail petition was rejected. Petitioner has voluntarily surrendered on 27.08.2025 and undertakes not to misuse the privilege of bail. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
