JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs: “(I) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to pay the petitioners their a. Revised salary from 1-1-2006 till the date of their retirement. b. with stage pay Central DA, yearly increments, and HRA. c. Central rate of DA. d. Revised Leave encashment benefit. e. Revised commutation @ the new rate of 40%. f. Increments for PhD holders namely Petitioner Nos.1 and 4 from the date of acquisition of PhD. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17590 WP No. 25901 of 2025 g. Increments for Principals for Petitioner Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5. h. Other reliefs as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned AGA for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record. 3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the petitioners have submitted a representation at Annexure-H series (colly) dated 10.04.2025 to respondent No.1 by marking copies to respondent Nos.2 and 3 and the concerned respondents have neither t taken any decision nor passed any orders in this regard. 4. Under these circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the concerned respondents to consider the representations at Annexures-H series (colly) submitted by the petitioners and also bearing in mind Annexures-A to G and pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
