In view of the same, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.2-Managing Director, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Agra to take a decision on the reply submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
