COLONY, ADONI TOWN AND MANDAL, KURNOOL DISTRICT ...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner: KALEEMULLA S 2 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.10657 of 2026 Dated 22.04.2026 Counsel for the Respondent(S): GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- <…to issue a direction or an order or a writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial respondent No 5 by visiting the disputed site situated in Sy No 159/2 of Adoni village fields of Kurnool District and by calling the brothersinlaw of the Petitioner to the Adoni III Town P S regularly at the instance of the unofficial respondent No 5 as illegal Arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondent No 4 not to interfere with such civil disputes and not to call the brothersinlaw of the Petitioner to the Adoni III Town P S and to pass….= 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Syed Kaleemulla, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that respondent No.4 is interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 by visiting the disputed site and calling the petitioner’s brothers-in-law to the police station. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondent No.5 lodged a complaint, which was registered as Crime No.17 of 2026 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(5), 303(2), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNSS, at Adoni III Town Police Station, against the husband of the 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.10657 of 2026 Dated 22.04.2026 petitioner. It is further submitted that, for the purpose of investigation, only the petitioner and her husband were called to the police station. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5, except by following due process of law. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
